The best aspects of my experience during my Christmas stay were the spacious rooms and the convenience of parking. The rooms were large and provided plenty of space for me and my family to relax and unwind. having parking available made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased, without having to worry about finding a spot on the crowded streets.

The worst aspects of my stay were the check-in procedures and the lack of cleanliness. The check-in process took too long and the staff were arrogant and unhelpful.

The property manager, Mr Hisham, was also attentive to our needs.

Inconsistent cleaning service: The cleaners were not thorough in their cleaning, often requiring us to redo their work. Some cleaners were also rude and did not clean certain areas properly.
